Don’t be left behind with the new ways of working since the COVID-19 outbreak. Join us for this introductory level training course to give you the knowledge and skills for this increasingly popular Microsoft Teams app. With many businesses using their Microsoft 365 platform for remote working, the Teams solution is being used much more for virtual meetings, calls and general communication internally and externally.

What’s Happening on the Day?

Mircosoft Teams is a unified communications platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage, and application integration.

Collaboration between colleagues is brought to the forefront by Office 365 and can take place across a variety of applications. In this course, we concentrate on using Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business. No previous experience is required, however should have knowledge with Office, Instant Messenger and Outlook.
